Returns and refunds
We have a 30-day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund. Eligible cases include: non-compliant or defective items. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Upon receipt of the item, you have 15 days to request a return for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging). For all such returns or cancellations, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a 50% restocking fee will be applied. You will be refunded 50% of the sale price.
To make a return and request a refund, you can contact us at the following address: support@nomadwork.ca. Please note that you must provide evidence (photos or videos) of the defect or error and provide us with proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
If you find that your package has not been delivered, you have 50 days from the estimated delivery date to request an investigation. If the carrier provides no proof that the delivery was made to the correct address, we will issue a 100% refund to your original payment method or send a replacement item. However, if the carrier proves the delivery was completed correctly (photo or signature), it will be considered a theft of private property. Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location, and no accommodation will be possible in such cases.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.
Exceptions or non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made goods (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
For items purchased at a discounted price, you will be refunded the same amount you paid, even if the item was more expensive than the price you paid when you requested your refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.
Warranty
All our monitors come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty complies with Quebec's legal warranty requirements. You can request an exchange or refund by emailing support@nomadwork.ca.
The warranty does not cover accidents or damage caused by the consumer.
You must provide photographic or video evidence of the defect and proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 10 days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@nomadwork.ca.
Under our small supplier status, since no sales tax was charged on your order, no tax amounts will be issued in the event of a refund.
Abuse of Policy
Nomad & Work reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request, at its sole discretion, if policy abuse or fraudulent intent is suspected.
