Shipping policy

Delivery Time: Delivery time is 7 to 12 business days. This is an estimate and may vary depending on the carrier. We are working hard to negotiate even shorter delivery times. Please note that quality control checks on each item, periods of high demand, and customs checks may delay delivery times.

In addition to this time frame, please allow 4 business days for order processing.

Lost or Stolen Items: We always provide a tracking number. If your package is reported lost in transit, we will immediately send you a replacement product or a full refund.

Lost or Stolen Items After Delivery: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is secure. If the carrier's tracking indicates that the item has been delivered to the correct address, Nomad & Work is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.

 

Holiday Notice: Please note that during the Christmas, New Year, and Chinese New Year periods, our operations will be closed. Orders placed during this time will be processed upon our return.
